Operation Christmas Child at Crestwood

Operation Christmas Child at Crestwood
Each year Crestwood partners with Operation Christmas Child to share God’s Love with children through shoebox gifts.  What begins as an unearned gift from you becomes an open invitation to learn more about Jesus through The Greatest Journey study.  Every box is a Gospel Opportunity, and is changing lives around the world.

Ways to Get Involved

Donate

Contribute items that will be packed into shoebox gifts at the packing party, or a financial gift to cover the cost of items and the $9 per box shipping cost for the 800 packages we will prepare on November 3.  Your time in service to fold boxes or pack shoeboxes is also a gift!  To donate $9 for shipping your box, $6 for adding the “Greatest Journey” to your box and to print a tracking label visit Track Your Box

Pack

Pack shoeboxes on your own, with your family or in groups.  You are also invited to our Crestwood Shoebox Packing party scheduled for November 3rd. Online registration is open now!

Partner

Volunteer to give out empty shoeboxes on Thursday, November 1, or receive filled shoeboxes on Tuesday, November 6, at an area Chick-fil-A restaurant. Register for a lunch or dinner shift (registration will go live on October 1).

Collect

Shoeboxes from around our area will converge on Crestwood’s gym during Collection Week, November 12-19. Sign up to help receive and process shoeboxes at the OCC Central Drop-Off location, praying for the children who will receive each box and for God’s work in their community.  (registration will go live on October 15).
