Wakiso Youth Conference

Each year Pastor Fred Kaddu oversees the week-long conference of more than 400 people ages 13-30 from throughout Uganda. In a residential setting, these young people are trained and equipped to "live overcoming Christ-like lives" and "become responsible members of community." Crestwood helps offset the $20 per person cost of feeding, housing and training the attendees.

Gathering for Daily Instruction

Young men and women receive theological and practical training to help them know God better and to equip them to become church and community leaders.

Leading the Way

Trainers and group leaders, many of whom are former attendees, volunteer their time to help ensure that the youth who come for a week of training leave as stronger disciples of Christ--prepared to build strong marriages and families while serving their churches and communities.
