Spring Volleyball at Crestwood

Co-Ed Volleyball for Grades 5-9

We look forward to seeing you for another great season of Volleyball at Crestwood Church!

Location:  Crestwood Church – Midlothian Campus  1200 Charter Colony Parkway
Season:  April 8 – June 1
Ages:  Boys and Girls, grades 5-9
Cost:  $ 85 / player

2019 Spring League Dates

Skills Day: March 12 and March 14, 6-8pm.  Players will be assigned a day and time to arrive between 5:45 and 7:45. Each player can expect their session to last 30-45 minutes.
Coaches’ Meeting: Tuesday March 19, 6 – 7:30pm
Practices will be Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday nights at either 5:30pm or 6:30pm
Games will be on Saturdays beginning April 20 at 9,10, or 11am (4/20, 4/27, 5/4, 5/11.5/18)
Tentative tournament dates: Week of May 20th – 23rd

Volunteer Opportunities

Impact the lives of children and have fun while you volunteer as a volleyball coach! Use your talents to teach sport fundamentals as well as the value of sportsmanship, teamwork, integrity and respect for authority.  Never coached before?  Don’t worry, we will provide you with all the resources from Upward Sports necessary to teach the sport, share life lessons, and coach your team.
Some requirements include:
– Attend and lead practice once a week (hour) and games on Saturday mornings (hour)
– Love to have fun and be with kids
– Growing relationship with the Lord and comfortable to lead team devotionals
– A minimal knowledge of the sport you like to coach
– Good communications and organizational skills
– Able to handle conflict, if arises.
– Able to put together practice schedule (Skills development, Drills, and more)
– Able to delegate a Team Parent
– Attend Coach Training (Tuesday, March 19 6:00-7:30p)


Online registration is open through March 5. Register early! Once league divisions reach capacity, a waiting list will begin.
